All aboard!

What great timing from Yggdrasil Gaming; they are about to launch their brand new Orient Express slot while the classic Agatha Christie story Murder on the Orient Express is currently showing in cinemas. Well we’re pretty sure Yggdrasils Game won’t contain any of the cinematic violence of the former, but you can find out for yourself when the game launches on the 30th November.

The slot is of course based on the legendary train of the same name and the famous route, which spans the vast landscape of Europe. In this new game, players will journey from Paris all the way to Istanbul, stopping at Venice and Belgrade on the way.

Orient Express Slot Free Spins Based on our first impressions, what we really like about the slot is that each city ties into the features of the game in some way and there will be a progression system allowing you to unlock more parts of the map and better features. Some of the Orient Express slot free spins features you can look forward to include Walking Wilds, Win Multipliers, Wild Reel and Random Wilds.

If you have played slots like Jack and the Beanstalk, then you may be familiar with some of the features. Like the walking wild for instance: the wild symbol will move across the reels, triggering a respin each time it moves at no extra cost to the number of free spins you have. And then there’s the wild reel, which in this game, can turn up to 3 reels wild, which is a sure fire way to some breathtaking wins.

Random wilds are a popular feature in slot games and we’re glad to see them in the Orient Express slot; up to 12 random wilds can be added to the reels for a spectacular win. And finally we have the win multiplier feature, which can boost wins with a x5 multiplier.

Once you have unlocked all parts of the map, you will be able to visit any city as you wish, activating that cities feature once the bonus round activates again. In terms of the slot design, Yggdrasil have stayed true to the luxurious style of the service - you might need to break out your finest suits for this classy slot.

The game has been developed with a 96.1% return to player - which is about average for a slot game nowadays. There’s also a max possible win of 500,000 coins and it goes without saying that the slot will be available on all compatible smartphones and PC. We’re looking forward to taking a closer look at this one when it launches later this month - so keep checking back for our Orient Express slots review!
